JAS EMPORIUM currently offers nationwide shipping across Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced in the future.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Free Delivery: Orders above 5000 PKR qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping: A flat 1 USD (approx. 280 PKR) shipping fee applies to orders below 5000 PKR.
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Some locations may experience slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
Once shipped, customers will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Partners

We collaborate with reliable courier services in Pakistan to ensure timely deliveries. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link sent via email or SMS. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Address & Shipping Issues

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
JAS EMPORIUM is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
